Description: | ![]() Norman Fox was a tenor with Luton Choral Society for many years, and he has sadly died earlier in October 2024. For his celebration of life service being held on Monday 28th October, the following message has been included by his family - Music was such a big part of Norman's life, especially listening to classical music and singing in choirs. He was a loyal member of the Luton Choral Society for probably over 50 years; singing tenor. Every Tuesday evening he attended rehearsals, including attempting to join in with the Zoom rehearsals during Covid lockdowns. In lieu of flowers, any donations made to celebrate Norman's life will be given to the Luton Choral Society in recognition of his long association with the choir. At Luton Choral Society, we remember the fantastic contribution Norman made to the choir over the years including the occasions when he questioned the conductor on the right way to approach the score and the music, and sometimes got a short reply. We have set up a Just Giving page for anyone who would like to donate to the choir as Norman's wishes.- https://justgiving.com/lutonchoralsociety |
