An RSS feed (or news feed) is a means by which you can stay informed about what's going on at Luton Choral Society without having to regularly visit the website.
To make use of an RSS feed, you need some "feed reader" (or "aggregator") software. Most modern web browsers have feed readers built in.
The RSS feeds for Luton Choral Society are listed below...
Almost exactly in the centre in the photo above is Rosemary Cavanagh who is our Membership Secretary and she is happy to answer any questions you may have about our Society. You are welcome to come along to our rehearsals to be part of the choir and join in, and we would recommend this approach because you will see what we do and how much fun it is. More details about visiting a rehearsal are shown here
For a flavour of our performance in 2013 of The Dream of Gerontius by Elgar and what it means to be in a choir, please see this film which we made of the occasion herewhich will open in a new window.
Membership subscriptions are £160 for a year, with a concession subscription of £130 and free for students. Your subscription can be paid by monthly standing order if you wish, and the first term is free to give you the chance to settle in and enjoy being in the choir. We make every effort to be inclusive, so no one is refused membership for not being able to afford the membership subscription. Just speak to our membership secretary if this applies to yourself.
